🇺🇦Ukraine imposes sanctions against captains of Russia's "shadow fleet"
President Volodymyr Zelensky has signed a decree on sanctions against the Russian "tanker fleet", which is engaged in the transportation of oil in circumvention of international restrictions.
🔹 The sanctions include 56 Russian citizens and one Iranian citizen, who are captains of the "shadow fleet" vessels.
🔹 The restrictions include blocking assets, prohibiting trade transactions and participating in privatization.
🔹 The purpose of the sanctions is to limit the ability of the Russian Federation to circumvent the oil embargo and finance the war against Ukraine.
