Sea1 Offshore to Deploy PSV Sea1 Atlas to Brazil Under New Three-Year Charter
Norwegian offshore vessel owner and operator Sea1 Offshore has secured a new long-term charter for one of its platform supply vessels, the PSV Sea1 Atlas.
Under the agreement, the vessel — built in 2013 — will be deployed to Brazil to support offshore operations in the region’s oil and gas sector. The contract is scheduled to commence in the first quarter of 2026.
The charter has a firm duration of three years, with an optional six-month extension available to the client under market terms.
Following this award, Sea1 Offshore’s firm contract backlog has reached USD 743 million, with an additional USD 599 million available through options.
The company continues to strengthen its position in the global offshore market, expanding its international client base and operational footprint across key energy regions.
