Swedish CTV services specialist Northern Offshore Services has acquired the Edda Wind, a vessel in the offshore wind support (SOV) sector
The vessel, built in 2018, was previously under contract to Denmark's Ørsted and will be transferred to a new owner once the deal is completed in early April 2025
Northern Offshore Services has announced that the vessel will be renamed Northern Ocean. It will be the first SOV in the company's fleet.
