Integrated Wind Solutions (IWS), owner of commissioning service operation vessels (CSOVs) for offshore wind farms, has announced new charter contracts for two of its vessels.
The first contract covers the IWS Sunwalker CSOV — the sixth and final vessel in the Skywalker-class series. It has been fixed on a 75-day charter with an existing client. The contract will commence in December 2025, once the vessel arrives in Europe, and will end just as a previously signed long-term agreement begins in Q1 2026. With this deal, all six Skywalker-class CSOVs are secured on charter from the time of delivery.
The second contract is a 90-day extension for the IWS Starwalker CSOV, also with an existing client. The extension ensures the vessel remains in service until Q1 2026, ending right before the start of earlier contractual commitments.
