🚢HMM wins bid to acquire majority stake in SK Shipping, Korea's largest tanker operator, owned by investment firm Hahn & Co
The deal is expected to be subject to due diligence in March and submitted to the board of directors for approval in April. SK Shipping operates 62 vessels, including oil, LNG and LPG tankers.
