⛴Chinese company BYD has unveiled its latest vessel, the BYD Shenzhen, capable of transporting 9,200 cars. It is the world's largest car carrier, equipped with dual-fuel technology (LNG and traditional fuel) and energy-saving solutions.
The vessel is the fourth in a series of BYD ro-ro ships designed to support global exports of electric vehicles. In 2024, the company produced 1.77 million electric vehicles, consolidating its position as the world's largest manufacturer and continuing its active expansion in international markets.
