💰 Salary: €7,000 per month, increasing to €7,250 after probation

☑ Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Chief Stewardess on similar-sized yachts.
• Previous experience on 70m+ yachts preferred.
• Strong leadership and interior team management skills.
• Experience managing large interior departments and high-volume charter operations.
• Excellent administrative, inventory management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work within established onboard systems and procedures.
• Professional, approachable and team-oriented management style.
• Valid STCW and ENG1 certificates.
• Valid US B1B2 visa.
• Non-smoker with an active and healthy lifestyle.

We are seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a 75m dual-season charter motor yacht.
The successful candidate will lead a large interior team, overseeing guest services, housekeeping, laundry operations and daily administration.
