We are looking for an experienced and polished Chief Stewardess to join a professional team on a 40m private motor yacht.
We are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in creating a beautiful, relaxed and highly personalized experience for the owners and their guests.
What we are looking for:
• Minimum 2 seasons’ experience as a Chief Stewardess
• Experience on yachts of a similar size
• Good English is essential
• Strong eye for detail and high standards of presentation
• Experience with family-style personalized service
• Excellent organization and inventory management skills
• Good wine knowledge
• Positive, calm and professional attitude
• A true team player — respectful, cooperative and solution-oriented
• No drama — we value a mature and harmonious working environment
Your role:
You will be responsible for the smooth running of the interior and delivering a consistently high level of service, working closely with the 2nd Stewardess and the rest of the crew.
