* Butler Service for penthousebutler suites, responsible for the well-being of Our guests at the highest level.
*Individual and personal care as well as consultative approach to the guest to find out his wishes.
*Control and refill of the minibar ,as well as the Equipment of the suite.
*reporting any need for repair maintenance to Assistant Chief Cabin Stewardess.
*Coordinate Cocktails Parties.
*Arrange Contacts for Shore Excursions.
*Accepting Table seating requests.
*Own Quality Control.
*Creation of Arrangements at the Request of the guests in Cooperation with other departments.
*Actively implement product philosophy as it relates to hotel operation.
*Is available for personal questions from the passengers
*Participating in further training measures.
*Knowledge of assignment safety roll numbers using the muster roll and specific duties in the event of an Emergency!!
