🌍 Itinerary: Arctic, Pacific Ocean, Caribbean & Brazil
✔️ Responsibilities:
✔️ Prepare high-quality cuisine for the yacht owner and crew
✔️ Create diverse international menus, including Asian, Chinese, South American and Mediterranean dishes
✔️ Provide refined owner dining and nutritious crew meals
✔️ Manage provisioning, food supplies and galley operations
✔️ Requirements:
✔️ Female Chef with proven experience on yachts of 40m+
✔️ Previous experience with ocean crossings and polar cruising
✔️ Strong knowledge of AsianChinese and South American cuisine
✔️ Excellent provisioning and galley management skills
✔️ Fluent English
✔️ Ability to work independently in a demanding explorer yacht programme
