📅 Joining: October (Mediterranean) or after the Caribbean crossing
📋 Position: Sole Chef
👥 Crew: 4
🌴 Itinerary: Dual season
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience on a similar-sized yacht
Sailing yacht experience preferred
B1B2 visa preferred (assistance possible)
Food Hygiene Level 2 (mandatory)
Culinary certifications preferred
Excellent galley management and a versatile culinary repertoire
Positive attitude and ability to assist other departments when needed
Itinerary & Package:
Participation in the Antigua Charter Show, followed by the Caribbean winter charter season and Mediterranean summer charter season. Light owner usage.
Looking for an experienced, hardworking Chef to join a young, friendly crew aboard a busy charter catamaran.
