Offshore drilling giant Noble Corporation has announced several new rig contracts and the completed sale of one drilling unit, according to its latest fleet status report.

✅ Rig asset divestment update
Noble confirmed the sale of the Noble Reacher jack-up rig for $27.5 million.
The drillship Noble Globetrotter II remains on the market.
Additionally, the sale of Noble Highlander and Pacific Meltem was completed in Q3, generating $87 million in net proceeds.
📈 Backlog growth and performance
Including previously awarded contracts for Noble BlackLion and Noble BlackHornet, the company has secured approximately $740 million in new backlog since August.

CEO Robert Eifler highlighted strong operational performance and cash flow, along with quarter-over-quarter and year-over-year backlog growth driven by new contract awards.
