​PMR Recruitment are currently searching for an experienced Chief Stewardess and a Chef (male or female) to join a 37m sailing yacht operating a busy private and charter programme.
The yacht has a fantastic team of six and is heading to the Caribbean for an extremely busy winter season, with eight trips already booked in private and charter. The owners have exceptionally high service standards, so we are looking for candidates who are proactive, organised and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
Chief Stewardess: We are looking for someone with previous Sole Stewardess or Chief Stewardess experience who can manage the interior to a high standard. You will work as Sole Stewardess when guests are not onboard, with a Second Stewardess joining you during guest trips. Strong leadership, attention to detail and excellent service skills are essential.
Chef: With strong culinary skills and experience catering to high-end private and charter guests. You must be confident delivering consistently high standards of cuisine while managing a demanding back-to-back schedule.
Both positions are to start ASAP in Savannah while the yacht completes a short yard period, before heading to the Caribbean for winter. For summer 2027, the yacht is planning to cruise the UK, Ireland, Scotland and parts of the Baltic.
A valid B1B2 visa must already be held and in hand.
