✔️ Food Hygiene Level 2 or higher
✔️ All required STCW certificates valid and in date
✔️ Valid seafarer medical
✔️ Small-vessel experience, or comfortable with the increased movement onboard smaller vessels
✔️ Experience managing a vessel’s food budget
✔️ Menu planning, provisioning and stock-control experience
✔️ Available for the full assignment
