Seven Seas Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Head Chef to join a 75m+ new-build private motor yacht.
Position: Head Chef
Employment Type: Rotational – time for time
Salary: Competitive, DOE in EUR
Location: Worldwide cruising
Start: Within the next month
This pedigree new-build private motor yacht is currently cruising in the South Pacific with approximately 24 crew and is looking for a highly capable Head Chef to join the programme.
The yacht offers genuine worldwide cruising and a time-for-time rotational schedule, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced chef looking to join an exciting long-term programme.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of nutrition-focused cuisine, particularly Keto, Paleo, clean and healthy cooking, while still delivering excellent flavour, variety and presentation.
You should be highly capable of producing fresh, nutritious and beautifully presented food to an exceptional standard on a daily basis, while also having the creativity and technical ability to elevate the dining experience with more elaborate cuisine when required.
Previous experience as a Head Chef on large private yachts is essential, ideally within an established world-cruising programme. A genuine understanding of nutrition, clean eating and health-conscious cuisine is particularly important, alongside a broad culinary repertoire and excellent presentation skills.
The successful candidate will be organised, adaptable and consistent, with the ability to understand and deliver exactly what the owners want without unnecessary ego. The yacht is looking for someone who can take ownership of the culinary programme, maintain exceptional standards and adapt confidently to the demands of worldwide private yacht cruising.
All nationalities will be considered, and the yacht is willing to fly the successful candidate to the South Pacific from anywhere in the world.
