Salary: Depending on experience, according to industry standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience on yachts of similar size
• Previous experience as Bosun or experienced Lead Deckhand
• Strong knowledge of deck maintenance, teak care, polishing, painting and exterior detailing
• Good experience with tender operations, anchoring, mooring and deck machinery
• Confident in supervising and organizing the deck team
• Good understanding of water toys and deck equipment maintenance
• Strong awareness of safety procedures and emergency duties
• Valid STCW certificates and Seafarer Medical Certificate
• Good spoken and written English
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and maintain high standards
• Good references from previous yachtsemployers
We are looking for a reliable, hands-on and technically minded candidate who understands the standards expected on a professionally operated yacht.
