I have experience working solo providing food for crews of varying sizes, on the following vessel types: Tugs, Container Ships, General Cargo, Heavylifts, and Bulk Carriers, on vessels operating worldwide or involved in Offshore project.

I highly value working in international crews as I enjoy cooking a wide variety of dishes and constantly expanding my culinary knowledge and repertoire.
I understand the critical importance of crew welfare and the necessity of enjoying a meal, not just satisfying hunger, under demanding working conditions. Therefore, I always strictly adhere to sanitation standards, proper food storage procedures, and precise cooking techniques to ensure the crew receives both the necessary nutritional value and pleasure from every meal.
